Adam Beaumont

Adam Beaumont has been with the Fish Factory since June 2019. As an artist and barrister who has lived in the Peak District and London, art allows Adam to balance work and channel creativity into mesmerising oil and acrylic semi-abstract landscapes.

Adam’s style encapsulates the texture of the earth, soil, the mistiness and obscure depth of the sky and the blurred space in between. Finding the process of art intriguing, Adam draws inspiration from the line of the horizon, ambiguity, Cornwall, Turner and Anselm Kiefer. Adam decided to come to Cornwall in December 2018, as he had spent every summer in Cornwall and was able to work remotely. Most recently he has started to produce larger pieces of work and will curate an exhibition soon.
