Writing for Wellbeing at the Fish Factory

How did it feel last time your wrote for fun!? In this relaxed and friendly workshop we'll follow structured prompts which identify our strengths, banish any limiting thoughts, and begin to form habits for positive self-reflection.
Sessions are run by Emily, a professional writer who focuses on wellbeing and lifestyle (emilywheelerwriting.com). Open to everyone, but limited to 8 spaces per session, these workshops are about taking time for yourself. Sharing is optional, smiling is compulsory - come and join us on a Monday evening at the Fish Factory as we use the power of writing to regain some calm and control in this crazy world.
The initial taster session is free, and it's £12 per person thereafter. The bar will be open for drinks and nibbles, and we'll be writing in the wonderfully creative central gallery space.
