Current & Upcoming Exhibitions

29th Jan - 3rd Feb

Opening night: 29th January 6:30pm

In their exhibition Resemblances, poet Charlotte Hampshaw and artist Esme Lansdowne collaborate to create an interdisciplinary dialogue. With art inspired by poetry and poetry inspired by art, Resemblances navigates the subjective perception of home.
Doors open at 6:30pm and there will be a live cello performance by Lily Wellan and electronic and experimental music from Ed Hanley, Keith Allen and Halcyon Neumann.
Artist in Residence: Louise Bradley
22nd Jan - 26 Jan

Using her time to familiarising herself with the place, the location, the land surrounding the Fish Factory, Louise will be drawing and creating small sculptures influenced by what she finds. These smaller works will then lead to larger clay sculptures, which would lay like bodies in the landscape

Jewellery / Sculpture: Sculpture / Jewellery ....Stuff Exhibition

20th Feb - 24th Feb

I make Stuff
The individual elements dictate the final sculptural form ....
I listen to what they tell me to do through their own language ....
A language of line, texture, colour and form ....
Individual parts tell me where they want to be - who they want to be friends with and who they hate to lie beside

These parts use a language that is common to both Jewellery and Sculpture
.... there is no difference
